Since opening our doors in 1996, quality, craftsmanship and service have been at the core of our success. Using the latest technologies, Pak-Rite’s full-service design and manufacturing capabilities allow for accurate, reliable service and top-quality packaging. Specializing in reusable and expendable wood, plastic and foam packaging, Pak-Rite has the solution for your logistics, sales/demo and storage programs.
Pak Rite is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards and is audited monthly for USDA ISPM-15 compliance. Pak-Rite also has direct access to an array of testing & qualification equipment certified by ISTA.
Our Process
Every custom packaging project is assigned one of our highly skilled engineers who will personally ensure everything turns out perfect. They will help you from initial conception to signing off on the finished product when everything is finished. By assigning you the actual engineer working on your job we ensure all questions are immediately answered and all your requirements are met.
Discover
We collaborate closely with customers throughout the process, from concept discussion through delivery. We ask a lot of questions and engineer solutions that are specific to each customer’s needs. We find the best possible solution while reducing total cost.

Design
To ensure your items are stored in the right case with the right amount of protection, rely on our in-house designers, who have decades of experience designing custom packaging for a wide range of uses. Our design team is equipped with the latest design technology – including SolidWorks® design software for advanced CAD engineering capabilities – and has experience with different materials and fabrication processes. Our engineers create effective designs that not only meet physical protection requirements but branding and ergonomic needs as well.
Build
Pak-Rite’s 130,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility houses some of the latest wood and foam processing equipment, including CNC and waterjet cutting capabilities, allowing for more flexible package design and construction. Everything – manufacturing, assembly and kitting – is done in house, ensuring a quicker turnaround.
